Paul,
very cool website, not being computer savvy I can only imagine the effort you put in for the hobby.
All this time I never realized the solar & band conditions banner on qrz was a link to you.
Glad to have found ya, I may have to use one of your banners on my PC. What would you recommend?
I am a retired-disable paramedic after an ambulance crash and became a ham as part of my rehab. Got into it for the weather n emergency stuff, affiliations include Red Cross Arccom, Skywarn and ARES-RACES. I think I walk better with a radio on my hip, hi hi.
thanks so much for all you do, enjoyed your site!

Hi, Im getting back into ham radio, lost all my equipment. Planning on getting 2/440 mobile, and an HF QRP rig, since Im living in a one bedroom apartment.

73, Jim de KD3IP

Admin reply: Thanks for the posting Jim, and that's a bummer about the equipment. Good luck with the setup, and give me a try on echolink sometime.
