I am pleasantly surprised to see this site. I worked most of my life in National Physical Lab,in Delhi and was giving Radio commn predictions to defence and to several organisations. Now I am retired, I was Head of Radio Science Division in NPL when I retired in 1994. I was involved with collaborative work with the WWA in Boulder Colo,USA for many years.
